For the last five years I have absolutely enjoyed cooking my favorite olive gardens recipes from home. No more waiting in line, or dealing with rude waiters.

On any given week I put in about seventy to eighty hours of work. The last thing I want to do when I get home is work even more in the kitchen. Rather than slaving away over a hot stove I would usually go out to eat or order to go from the olive garden. As most of you already know eating out is not cheap, its so much easier though!

Just like most of the nation, towards the end of last year my company cut our pay by 5%. This not only made bills harder to pay but also affected the way I lived my life. I didnt know what to do anymore. I couldnt pay alot of my bills and my bank was charging me 33 dollars for every overdraft. you can imagine how quickly these add up.

I needed to make a budget and fast. I could no longer live this way. I knew I had to make some serious changes! What I saw left my jaw on the floor. I was spending over 600 per month eating out for dinner. I couldnt believe it! this was almost as much as I paid for rent.

I could no longer afford to eat out. I started buying groceries and eating from home. At first everything was fine but soon I realized I was craving my tuscan chicken and warm buttery breadsticks.

I went onto the internet, pulled up google and began searching for Olive Gardens Recipes. Within .21 seconds I had more recipes than I could handle.

I found that the recipes I was pulling up from online was hit and miss. Some of them kind of tasted like the olive garden while others tasted like dog food. Now maybe it was because my skills as a chef were mediocre at best or maybe its becuase the recipes were improvised by amateurs.

I couldnt stand this any more. I once again returned to the internet to find a proper recipe book. I searched for a few days and finally came across a true treasure. This was a well known, well reviewed recipe book that not contained olive gardens recipes and many other popular restaurants as well. The best part was, this wasnt from an amateur chef. These recipes were compiled by a professional chef with years and years in the industry.

I felt that the risk was worth the reward. Besides the only way to figure out if it will work is to try it myself.

After downloading the cook book I immediatly went to the store with my list of groceries and bought the required ingredients. It wasnt long before I was home again cooking. Within about one hour I was sitting down to dinner to eat my tuscan garlic chicken.

It was absolutley amazing! I was so satisfied that began cooking a new meal every night from my new found cookbook.
